Test substance Direct Brown 44 has been tested for estimation of Koc using HPLC according to EU method C.19 and OECD 121.
Adsorption coefficient of Direct Brown 44 on soil:

The study results does not comply with all acceptability criteria, the values of log Koc are out of application range recommended in the guidelines (1.5 – 5.0).
