There is no data for properly characterizing 1,2,4 triazole sodium salt biodegradationpotential. Nevertheless based on its behaviour in the environment, one can expect that the salt will be dissociated under environmental conditions. Therefore 1,2,4 triazole data can be used as a good surrogate for characterizing the salt biodegradation potential.


On this basis, 1,2,4 triazole sodium salt is considered as non readily biodegradable.
