Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results and discussion

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
CL-Freetext:
The other in vitro short-term mutagenicity tests did not
complement the Salmonella typhimurium test for prediction
carcinogenicity, but were an important complement for
describing the potential genotoxicity of chemicals.

All the endpoints ,refereed in this article, of diallyl
phthalate are positive, this article says, according to the
results from the four test and the report for rodent
carcinogenicity classification by NCI/NTP and the report for
the levels of carcinogenic effects derived from Ashby and
Tennant (1988).
