Description of key information

According to EPI (Estimation Programs Interface) Suite, soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e Koc value of disodium 6-hydroxy-5-[(4-sulphonatophenyl)azo]naphthalene-2-sulphonate was estimated as 25110 (Log Koc = 4.3998) by means of MCI method. This indicates that disodium 6-hydroxy-5-[(4-sulphonatophenyl)azo]naphthalene-2-sulphonate will have very strong sorption to soil and sediment, negligible to slow migration potential to groundwater.
