Conclusion on classification

The results from aquatic toxicity studies are as follow:

- Short-term toxicity to fish. Key study: LC50 (96h) > 134 mg/L (basis for effect: mortality)

- Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: Key study: EC50 (48h) > 134 mg/L (basis for effect: mobility)

- Toxicity to aquatic algae: Key study: EC50 (72h) = 118 mg/L (95% CL: 96 -134 mg/L) and NOEC (72h) = 43 mg/L (basis for effect: growth rate)

Based on the results from the aquatic toxicity tests, the substance is not classified for aquatic toxicity in accordance with CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008.
