Additional information

The acute immobilisation of K-36 to Daphnia (Daphnia magna) has been assessed according to the OECD 202 test guideline in accordance with GLP with analytical monitoring at the start and end of exposure by HPLC. Due to low solubility test solutions were prepared using the supernatant of supersaturated solutions. Exposure resulted in the 24h and 48h EC50 value: > 100 % v/v saturated solution. Based on the results of this study, the test item K-36 had no toxic effect at saturation (0.032 mg/L, measured); the EC50 results and the LOEC are higher than the solubility level of the test item in the test medium.
