Executive summary:

The study presented provide an overview of the toxicological profile of IN-L8E22 and an analysis of the toxicokinetic behaviour of the substance.


Based on molecular weight and its physical chemical properties particularly water solubility and logPow, IN-L8E22 will most likely be absorbed following exposure. If bioavailable, the substance will most likely distribute through intracellular compartments. Metabolism will include phase I and phase II metabolising enzymes. No toxic activation was observed. Excretion will occur most likely via urine and to a lesser extent via faeces.  Bioaccumulation is not likely.
