Irritant / corrosive response data:
One month after the instillation of a single dose of chlorosulphuric acid into the conjuctival sac of the eye of the rabbit, „leukoma of the cornea“ (milky clouding of the cornea) and enophthalmia occurred, with complete loss of transparency of the optical media.
