Description of key information

Key study: Method similar to OECD 112. The pKa values for the test substance were determined to be pK1 = 2.63, pK2 = 7.16, and pK3 = 9.55 at 37ºC.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The pKa values for the test substance were determined by potenciometric titration (carboxilic and amino groups) and spectophotomety (phenolic group), by a method similar to OECD 112. Under test conditions, the pKa values for the test substance were determined to be pK1 = 2.63, pK2 = 7.16, and pK3 = 9.55 at 37ºC.
