Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
Additional information
The hydrolysis behaviour of the test item was assessed in a hydrolysis as a function of pH study in accordance to EU-method C.7. The test item was exposed to three different buffer solutions at pH 4, 7 and 9. The solubility of test item depends on pH value. As the solubility at pH 4 is close to the detection limit, the test could not be carried out at this value. At pH 7 and pH 9 decomposition is less than 10 % after 5 days at 50 °C. Therefore no further testing is necessary.
The ready biodegradability of test item was assessed in a modified OECD screening test in accordance to OECD guideline 301 E. The test item was exposed to the inoculum for 28 days. After exposure period a DOC removal of 76% was detected. Therefore, the test item can be considered to be readily biodegradable. Data on the triazine part and the amine part support this assumption.
No experimental data on bioaccumulation are available. Due to ionisation and the low logPow the bioaccumulation potential is expected to be low. As worst case the bioaccumulation factor was calculated using EPWIN for the uncharged molecule. The BCF was estimated to be 3.162.
The adsorption/desorption behaviour of test item was investigated in accordance to OECD guideline 106 using batch equilibrium method. The test was carried out using five different types of soil. The Koc values ranged from 423 to 32618. With decreasingf pH a decreasing mobility in soil is expected. Furthermore, it was observed that adsorbed test substance is irreversibly bound to the solid matter.
Depending on the environmental conditions low to high mobility can be expected.
