Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Results of the three consecutive tests were 291.6 °C, 287.8 °C and 288.8 °C.

The relative self-ignition temperature of C.I. Leuco Sulfur Green 2 was found to be 288 °C.
Executive summary:

A certain volume of the test item under the assay was placed into an oven at ambient temperature; the temperature/time curve was recorded while the temperature of the oven was increased up to 400 °C, at a rate of approximately 0.5 °C/min. For the purpose of this test, the temperature of the oven at which the sample temperature reachesby self-heating is called the self-ignition temperature.

Three replicate tests were performed.

The relative self-ignition temperature ofC.I. Leuco Sulfur Green 2was determined to be 288 °C.
