Description of key information

One experimental study according to OECD 301F indicated that the test substance is found to be readily biodegradable. As a consequence, the hydrolysis potential and adsorption/desorption do not need to be determined experimentally.

Based on an experimentally determined log Kow of 2.0, the substance is not expected to bioaccumulate. For the purpose of the exposure assessment, a Henry's Law constant of 0.746 Pa m³/mol at 20 °C was calculated according to ECHA Guidance R.16 (ECHA, 2016) indicating that the substance is expected to be slightly volatile from the water phase to the atmospheric compartment.
