Description of key information

According to the results obtained from the key study (Harlan, 2010), PNF does not possess explosive properties as determined experimentally using a method designed to be compatible with Method A14 Explosive Properties of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008.

Based on the experimental results and taking into account the provisions laid down in Council Directive 67/548/EEC and CLP (1272/2008/EC), PNF is not classified with respect to explosiveness.
