PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Based on the results of the OECD 301B study, the test substance is considered to be inherently biodegradable and hence not very persistent or persistent in the environment. Further, it is not considered to be bioaccumulative based on the estimated log Kow as well as estimated BCF values for the major constituents. This together with its absence of toxicity at ≤1 mg/L doses in short-term ecotoxicity tests and the absence of specified classifications for the human health endpoints indicates that the substance does not fulfil the‘T’ criteria. Therefore, the test substance is not classified as PBT or vPvB.

Likely routes of exposure:

Dermal and inhalation in workers. No exposure to general population.
