Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Following the Atkinson approach, the photochemical half-life of the test substance in air was estimated, with smiles notation, by calculation with the software Atmospheric Oxidation Program (AOPWIN, version 1.92). For a given concentration of hydroxyl radicals (0.5* 106 OH radicals/cm3, 24h) and an overall rate constant of 3.5924* 10-12 for the various photolytic transformation processes induced by OH radicals the photolytic half life of the substance in the atmosphere is estimated to 4.47 days. Therefore, the test substance is regarded as degradable by photolytically induced processes in air.
