Additional information

The Henry Law constant for isoprene is 2815 Pa m3/mol (Leng et al. 2013), indicating that it is expected to partition rapidly to air from water. EPIWIN (USEPA, 2008) predicts rapid volatilisation from water (half life of 51 minutes in a river, 3.3 days in a lake). Based on a log Kow of <3, isoprene is not expected to partition to sediment or soils.
