FAT 41029/A is expected to be absorbed in humans via different routes - oral (assumed 10%), dermal (assumed 10%) and inhalation route (assumed 10% only if humans are exposed to dust) due to the physico-chemical properties (i.e., high molecular weight, low water solubility, small fraction of particles reaching the thoracic area). Following absorption via oral, inhalative or dermal, FAT 41029/A is anticipated to be distributed to liver and eventually also to kidneys. Excretion is expected via urine or feces, and as a conclusion FAT 41029/A has low accumulation potential in human body
