A significant reduction of cell viability (consistently below the cut off value of 35 %) was detected in the case of all the three tissues after four hours exposure.

No reduction of viability was observed after one hour or three minutes exposure.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
corrosive
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
In vitro EPISKIN model test with Cyclohexene, the results indicate that the test item is corrosive after 4 hours exposure and not corrosive after1 hour exposure. The test item should be classified as Corrosive.
