First-aid measures

- General advice:

Get medical attention if you feel unwell.

- Following inhalation:

remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest.

- Following skin contact:

remove contaminated clothes, wash with plenty of soap and water.

- Following eye contact:

rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

- Following ingestion:

If ingestion was accidental, rinse mouth. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do not under any circumstances induce vomiting. Obtain a medical examination immediately.

- Most important symptoms and effects: no data.

Fire-fighting measures

- Suitable extinguishing media:

water, Carbon dioxide (CO2), dry chemical foam.

- Unsuitable extinguishing media:

none in particular.

- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:

Do not inhale explosion and combustion gases. Burning produces heavy smoke.

- Advice for fire fighter: Use suitable breathing apparatus, collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately, this must not be discharged into drains, move undamaged containers from immediate hazard area if it can be done safely.

Accidental release measures

- Personal precautions:

Avoid dust formation. Avoid breathing dust. Ensure adequate ventilation. Remove all sources of ignition.

- Protective equipment and emergency procedures:

wear personal protection equipment.

- Environmental precautions:

Do not allow to enter into soil/subsoil. Do not allow to enter into surface water or drains. Retain contaminated washing water and dispose it. In case of gas escape or of entry into waterways, soil or drains, inform the responsible authorities.

- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Suitable material for taking up: absorbing material, organic, sand. Wash with plenty of water.

Handling and storage

- Precautions for safe handling:

Avoid contact with skin and eyes, inhalation of dust. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed. Do not eat or drink while working. Wear recommended protective equipment.

- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep in original containers, tightly closed, in a dry and cool place and away from light. Keep away from food, drink and feed. Incompatible materials: none in particular. Instructions as regards storage premises: Adequately ventilated premises.
