Due to the results of the test according to UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Test and Criteria, Part III, UN test 0 .1, the test item has to be classified as "oxidising solid", category 1, according to chapter 2.14 of the CLP regulation and of the GHS regulation (signal ward: "Danger").

Justification for classification or non-classification

Dangerous Substance Directive (67/548/EEC) Based on the results of the test according to UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Test and Criteria, Part III, UN test 0 .1 of the substance and taking into account the provisions laid down in Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD), as amended for the 31st time in Directive 2009/2/EG, the test item has to be classified as oxidising solid R 9 (Explosive when mixed with combustible material). Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 Based on the results of the test according to UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Test and Criteria, Part III, UN test 0 .1, and taking into account the provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended for the sixth time in Regulation (EC) No 605/2014, the substance has to be classified as "oxidising solid", category 1.
