Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of DV6850 to Daphnia magna was assessed under static exposure conditions in a valid GLP study. The study was conducted in accordance with EU method C.2 and the OECD Guideline No 202.

Groups of twenty Daphnia were exposed for 48 hours to aqueous solutions with measured mean concentrations of 1.64, 3.75, 7.57, 14.6 and 35.6 mg/L. After 48 hours exposure, 55% immobility was observed at the highest test concentration (35.6 mg/L) and the highest concentration at which no immobilisation occurred was 14.6 mg/L.

Based on these findings the following values have been estimated:

48-hour EC50 value: 33.6 mg/L

No observed effect concentration: 14.6 mg/L
