Description of key information

based on the Specialist Statement provided by the Occupational Health Physician (march 22th, 2011), the study does not need to be conducted. 
Since its first activities, tens of thousands of employees have been in contact with the manufactured products Acacia mearnsi extract. Since the establishment, the company has had medical and dental stations for its employees, where regular routine clinical examinations are performed for the 230 e,pluees of the company by qualified and experienced professionals, either in-house or third party. Since 1982, Acacia mearnsi extract has been used in the company's water treatment plant as only coagulation and flocculation agent for water potability. After being treated, this water is used in the industrial processes as well as consumed by employees.
During this time and considering the high number of people, no pathology or evidence of incompatibility has been observed. Thus, the occupatinal health physician assert that Acacia mearnsi extracts is not toxic and not expected to be bioaccumulable by the human body.
Moreover, biodegradation studies highlighted that this substance is readily biodegradable and the exposure is unexpected in under the condition of the safe uses given in section 11.
