Applying a linear increase in temperature of about 0.5°C/min, BLUE GS 5664.80 showed an exothermic reaction starting at about 280°C. A maximum temperature of 547°C was measured in the sample cube during the exothermic reaction. At the end of the measurement, the test item was carbonized and coloured black. BLUE GS 5664.80 shows a relative self-ignition temperature at about 279°C.
