Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The viscosity of IOFH is 1.536 mPa s (dynamic) and 0.800 mm2/s (static) at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The viscosity of IOFH was measured using a Cannon-Fenske Routine viscometer. While no specific guideline was cited, Cannon-Fenske routine viscometers are approved based on ASTM D445, which is an approved method in the ECHA Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance. Total of six measurements were made in two separate tests at 20°C. The reported results are the averages of the two tests. The study was not GLP compliant. Therefore, it is considered reliable with restrictions.
