Additional information

The oral LD50 value of N32-[2-(D1METHYLAMINE)ETHOXflETHYL)-N-METHYL- ,3- PROPANEDIAMINE in Wistar rats was established to be within the range of 300-2000 mg/kg body weight. According to the OECD 423 test guideline the LD50 cut-off value was considered to be 1000 mg/kg body weight.

Because this substance is corrosive to the skin of animals acute testing by the inhalation and skin routes was not performed. This is consistent with adaptation criteria.

Justification for classification or non-classification

This substance is classified as acute oral toxicity Cat. 4 The LD50 of 1000 mg/kg meets the criteria of > 300 mg/kg and < 2000 mg/kg according to Annex I of regulation EC No 1272/2008.

This substance is classified as corrosive to skin and eyes.
