Description of key information
Corrosive to metals:
There are no chemical groups in the molecule which would cause any corrosive interaction with metallic surfaces. Dibenzylether is not corrosive to metals. The determination according to UN-RTDG Procedure 37.4 (Test C. 1) is not necessary.
Self-reactive Substances:
The chemical structure of the substance contains no chemical groups associated with self-reactive properties (see Manual of Tests and criteria, appendix 6, table A6.2). Therefore, it can be concluded that Dibenzylether is not self-reactive in sense of CLP Annex I,2.8. The determination according to UN-RTDG Procedure H.4 (SADT) is not necessary.
