Check of the temperature
The measured temperatures at the pre-incubation and the thermostatisation phase are summarized in Table 1. The additional manual values confirm the values of the data logger.

Check of pH-value
The pH-values were determined with the remaining test item mixtures in the original test vessels which were kept constant at 20 ± 0.5 °C. pH-values of the test mixtures are summarized in Table 2.
