Description of key information

Using the HPLC method at neutral pH and using soil-adsorption-reference data , the log Koc for the substance was determined to be 4.43.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Koc at 20 °C:
27 100

Additional information

The HPLC method at neutral pH using soil-adsorption-reference data was applied for the determination of the adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the substance. In the HPLC chromatogram of the test substance solution, one major peak and two small test substance peaks were observed. The two small peaks are considered to originate from impurities. The log Koc for the major component of the substance was determined to be 4.43 (peak area: 98.9%). The study was performed according to EC C.9 and OECD 121 and in accordance with the principles of GLP.
