Applying the internationally recognised UN Recommendation criteria, the substance is found to be non-oxidizing and therefore is not to be tested experimentally for the classification under division 5.1 as oxidizing substances. Thus it can be concluded beyond a reasonable doubt that the substance is not capable of causing fire or enhancing the risk of fire when in contact with combustible material.
