- Justification:
At this point in time the assessment has to be based mostly on screening criteria. Based on these data the substance registered is not fulfilling PBT or vPvB criteria as set out under the REACH Regulation.Particularly because of the very lowlog Kow of -2.97 the substance registered has no potential for bioaccumulation. Based on these grounds it safely can be assumed that the substance registered is not subject to any further vPvB / PBT discussions.
- Likely routes of exposure:
Based on its use as a dye in paper and cardboard manufacturing (no spray applications), the most likely route of exposure would be via the dermal route.
