Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Only 5% immobilisation were observed within water solubility of the test substance, thus EC50(48h) is > water solubility.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the substance was studied in a valid GLP test according to EU method C.2. The test was performed under static conditions in closed vessels over a period of 48 hours. The EC50 calculated based on nominal concentrations is at least two orders of magnitude above the water solubility of the substance. The authors reported in their conclusions the maximum 5% immobilisation occurs within the water solubility of the substance and that oily droplets were seen at higher concentrations. Consequently, the EC50 (48h) was not reached within the limits of water solubility (EC50 > water solubility).
