Description of key information

The test material has been established to be non-oxidizing according to the definition given in the A.17.

The maximum burn rate achieved by a test material:cellulose mixture was 1.33 mm.sec-1 and the maximum burn rate achieved by the reference mixture was 1.48 mm.sec-1

These results show that the maximum burn rate for the test material is slower than the maximum burn rate for the reference mixture by 0.15mm.sec-1. The test material has been established to be non-oxidizing according to the definition given in the OJEC Guideline.
