Description of key information

The solubility of L-744,341 was determined to be: 0.148 mg/L (pH 4), <0.101 mg/L (pH 7) and <0.110 mg/L (pH9) in media buffered and <0.111 mg/L in Milli-RO Water.  Substance is considered insoluble at < 0.1 mg/L. at pH 7.

Additional information
