FINDINGS

Safety Pre-Test

The test item burnt with a yellow-orange flame. Black residue was observed.

Preliminary Screening Test

The test item started to burn after a while. The test item burnt with a yellow-orange flame.

Black smoke was observed. After 03:05.43 min the flame died after a distance of approximately 5.5 cm. A black residue was observed.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

No complete propagation of the combustion was observed throughout the course of the test.

The test item should be considered as not highly flammable (for EU regulations) and non-flammable solid (for UN regulations), respectively.

No observations were made which might cause doubts concerning the validity of the study outcome.
