Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Aluminium Hypophosphite does not induce gene mutation in a bacterial test.
Executive summary:

Aluminium Hypophosphite was tested according to OECD Guideline 471 (Ames test) in 5 strains, with and without S9 activation.

The test item was tested at concentration lower than cytotoxicity levels, measured in each strain. None of the tested concentrations induced gene mutation.
