Additional information

Acute toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was tested using a static approach in a GLP test according to OECD guideline 202. After 48 hours of exposure of the aquatic invertebrate Daphnia magna an EC50 > 100 mg/L was found, related to the analytically verified nominal concentration. The NOEC was determined to be 100 mg/L (Laus 11012603G201, 2011). These results are supported by another study on daphnids (BASF AG 9.967, 1989) and by the outcoming of a read-across study on daphnids in which no toxic effects in the highest nominal concentration of 100 mg/L were determined (DOW 1992).
