D90 < 26.79 µm; D50 < 11.51 µm; D10 < 0.95 µm.

Additional information

Aluminium hypophosphite was analysed for particle size distribution according to the CIPAC method MT 170 and according to the OECD guideline 110. Sieve and laser analyses were performed.

From the experimental data obtained with the sieve test, it can be concluded that over 47 % of the sample of Phoslite IP-A presents a particle size lower than 0.045 mm after 45 minutes and over 65 % after 300 minutes.

From the experimental data obtained with the laser test, it can be concluded that over 45 % of the sample of Phoslite IP-A presents a particle size lower than 0.010 mm (10μm)and over 20 % of the sample of Phoslite IP-A presents particle size lower than 0.002 mm (2μm).
