Sample was quickly transferred into the freezing point apparatus for testing after sample preparation. Initial crystallization was observed at 74.7 °C and 74.6 °C respectively. At final temperature, sample surface did not move when sample tube was tilted at an angle of 90°.

Conclusions:
The initial and final freezing temperatures noted were 74.7 and -12.2 °C respectively.

Description of key information

The melting point is -20 ˚C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
-20 °C
