Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Surface tension is 72.1 mNm-1 at 25°C +/- 1°C
Executive summary:

Introduction

The test method used was EU method A5. Solutions of the test substance were prepared as described using Milli Q distilled/ deionised water. Both tests were examined using a KrOss Processor Tensiometer fitted with a Wilhelmy plate.

Results and conclusion

Test 1: 72.0mNm-1 at 25°C +/-1 °C

Test 2: 72.2 mNm-1 at 25°C +/- 1°C

Mean: 72.1 mNm-1 at 25°C +/-1°C

The results indicate that the test substance is not surface active.

No ageing effect noticed during measurement of surface tension.
