Based on the assumed fast hydrolysis of TBSI only the BCF of the final degradation products (MBT and tert-butylamine) are considered relevant for risk assessment. The experimentally determined BCF of MBT is lower than 8 and the one of tert- butylamine lower than 9; and hence the substance is considered to have very low potential for bioaccumulation.
