The results showed, that the test substance is acute harmful to aquatic organisms. All available acute tests for the test substance Reaction mass of 2-methylbutyl acetate and pentyl acetate show toxic effects inside the range of water solubility with the most sensitive result for Zebrafish (Danio rerio) with a LC50 after 96h of 10.2 mg/L.

- Danio rerio LC50(96h) 10.2 mg/L (measured, geometric mean)

- Daphnia magna EC50(48h) > 40.9 mg/L (measured, arithm. mean)

- Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata ErC50 (72h) > 466 mg/L (measured, arithm. mean)

The results showed, that the test substance exhibits chronic toxicity to aquatic organisms. All available chronic toxicity tests for the test substance Reaction mass of 2-methylbutyl acetate and pentyl acetate show toxic effects inside the range of water solubility with the most sensitive result for Danio rerio with a EC10 of 0.478 mg/L.

- Danio rerio (36d) EC10 0.478 mg/L (measured)

- Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata (96h) NOECGr129 mg/L (measured, arithm. mean)
