The burning rates of the test item and reference mixtures are given in
Table 1 and Table 2, below.
The mean burning time of both test item mixtures was more than the mean
burning time of the 3:7 (w/w) reference mixture. According to this, the
test item has no oxidising properties.

The full test procedure specified in EC A.17 was performed to monitor
the oxidising properties of the test substance.
Based on the results obtained it was concluded that the test item has no
oxidising properties and is therefore not classified as a Division 5.1

The oxidising properties of the substance were assessed in accordance
with the EC. A.17 guideline.
