Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The water solubility of the submission substance was determined in a GLP study according to test method EC A.6 and OECD 105 to be < 1 mg/L at 20 °C, following a flask method (Brekelmans, 2013).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
1 mg/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The key value is presented as 1 mg/L although the water solubility was determined as an unbound value (< 1 mg/L). For complex substances the REACH end-point specific guidance prescribes to use the flask method at, at least two nominal concentrations and to perform analysis with a non-discriminating analytical technique. As a more sensitive analytical method is not available, measurements could therefore not be performed at a lower concentration level.
