Conclusions:
The test substance was not considered to be an oxidising solid based on this experimental study.
Executive summary:

To determine the oxidising properties of the substance, a study was performed according to EC Test A.17 and in compliance with GLP. In this study the max burning rate of the 30 % test substance and 70 % cellulose showed that, in reference to a mixture of 60 % barium nitrate and 40 % cellulose, the test substance does not have oxidising properties.
