Description of key information
The test substance is a white powder without an irritating odour. A melting point of 177.1°C at 101.3 kPa) was determined using a visual method according to ISO 6353-3. A relative density of 276.7 at 20°C, was measured using the pycnometer method in accordance with OECD Guideline 109. The vapour pressure, .06591e-13 kPa (6.8E-12 Torr) at 20°C, was estimated from TGS data. The partition coefficient, Log Kow, 8.13 at 25°C, was estimated using QSAR. Water solubility of <0.711 mg/L at 20°C, was determined with the flask method according to OECD Guideline 105. Particle size distribution was conducted in accordance with OECD Guideline 110. 10% of particulate matter was <3.05 μm, 50% of particulate matter was <11.0 μm, and 90% of particulate matter was <28.0 μm. The test substance was not flammable in a flammability test following EU Method A.10.The flash point was 268°C at 1013 hPa in a Cleveland open cup according to EU Method A.9. The substance has no groups associated with explosive properties.
