Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Decomposition prevented experimental determination of boiling point. The boiling point of the test material was estimated to be 546 K at 101.325 kPa using vapour pressure data.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
546 K

Additional information

When investigated by differential scanning calorimetry using ASTM E537 -86, Method 102 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing Chemicals (27 July 1995) the test material decomposed on heating at 100.81 kPa. The low rate of enthalpy change prevented quantification of a decomposition onset temperature and, because the material decomposed, no value for boiling point could be determined experimentally. From vapour pressure data generated under project number 525/471, the boiling point of the test material was estimated to be 546 K at 101.325 kPa.
