Description of key information

The bioaccumulation potential of Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid is low.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No experimental data evaluating the bioaccumulation potential of Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid are available. However, in accordance with Annex IX, column 2 (9.3.2) of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, testing for bioaccumulation in aquatic species need not be conducted since the substance has a measured log Kow < 3 ( log Kow < -1.85) and thus a low potential for bioaccumulation.
