Description of key information

No experimental data are available on the bioconcentration of Ethyl centralite by aquatic organisms.
The value BCF = 275.4 was calculated based on log Kow = 4.2 by (Q)SAR - EPI suite.
Further calculated values of BCF were found in literature. In order to estimate the bioconcentration of Ethyl centralite, the octanol-water partition coefficient was calculated based on data available on similar compounds. The BCF was calculated based on this calculated log Kow.

Additional information

The value BCF = 275.4 was chosen as key value for CSA. This value is based on log Kow = 4.2. Both values were calculated by EPI suite.
