Biodegradation was examined in a Modified Sturm Test according to OECD 301 B, the results were 56.47% CO2 evolution and 48.04% DOC removal after 28 days. The ready biodegradability criterion was not met. However, the substance is regarded as inherently biodegradable. Therefore, further degradation testing does not need to be conducted.
