Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Endpoint:
vapour pressure
Type of information:
calculation (if not (Q)SAR)
Adequacy of study:
weight of evidence
Reliability:
2 (reliable with restrictions)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
accepted calculation method
Qualifier:
no guideline followed
Principles of method if other than guideline:
Assessment of VP using EPISuite.
The vapour pressure can be put through computational modelling to confirm expert judgement that suggests low vapour pressure (i.e. not volatile for environmental or human health risk assessment) and to confirm that there is a low risk of accumulation. The model used is The Estimation Programs Interface (EPI) Suite developed by the US EPA and the Syracuse Organisation
GLP compliance:
no
Type of method:
other: EPISuite calculation
Temp.:

Conclusions:
VP of this substance has been calculated using EPISuite and known MP and BP values.
The VP at 25 deg C has been estimated as 0.146 Pa
